To prevent blisters, apply Moleskin to problem areas of your feet before you start the day. To relieve blister pain, stick one around or over your blister to reduce further friction.

The Moleskins come precut in the right shapes so scissors are not needed and include alcohol swabs to clean your feet first for better adhesion. There are even ring shapes with holes in the middle to make doughnut dressings for existing blisters.
